The DB Group created its company bike option so DB employees in Germany can enjoy even better mobility. By ordering a company bike, you're doing your bit for the environment, your fitness levels and your wallet.
This option is not an addition to the DB Group's range of different mobility options but a separate, stand-alone solution.
Make your personal mobility as green and healthy as possible. You can select whatever make of bike you prefer, and you have full freedom in terms of personal and work-related usage.

Applying for a company bike
If you want to apply for a company bike, fill in and sign the declaration form for buying a bicycle that the order portal generates after you add all of the necessary information. Upload this form to the portal together with the retailer's price offer.
Please note: We can only process your application if you provide the retailer's offer and the completed and signed declaration form.
Orders
After you submit your application, it is first approved in the portal, and then the order is placed.
You will receive collection notification that you can then use to pick your chosen bike up from the specialist retailer.

Lower leasing rates as of 1 September
14 August 2019: DB's company bikes gave just got cheaper. Starting on 1 September, the leasing fee will drop by 5%. This change will apply to all DB company bikes ordered on and after 1 September. When applied to the total duration period of 36 months, the price reduction can mean savings of EUR 100 and more for you.
26 March 2019: Great news for all DB bike owners and anyone who wants to get a bicycle: changes have been made to the tax conditions for DB bikes approved in the period between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2021.
The normal rate of 1% tax on the bike's equivalence in cash terms will be replaced by 0.5% of the gross list price following a decision made by the highest-ranking tax authorities in Germany's different federal states. In addition, insurance cover is better than ever for anyone who has owned a DB company bike since 12 March: the services in our mobility guarantee are no longer restricted to Germany but now include all of Europe. If your bike gets stolen, the company will contribute 50% of the leasing payments you have already made towards the purchase of a new bike - previously, this figure stood at 35%. In addition, you can use the online portal for your work bike to report any damage that your bicycle might suffer.
